The rules of buying a card.

Who you are buying from

Your contract of sale is with HeyDrop sp. z o.o., registered in Poland. Paddle.com Market Ltd acts as the merchant of record and handles VAT, invoices, and chargebacks. You will receive a Paddle receipt by email.

What you are buying

A physical NFC card — standard credit-card size (85.5 × 54.0 × 0.8 mm) — personalised with your HeyDrop profile link. Each card is tied to a profile URL you choose; tapping it opens that URL on any NFC-capable phone.

Production and shipping

Production and shipping are handled by waan.co, our fulfilment partner. We pass them only the data necessary to produce and ship the card (name, shipping address, personalisation). Typical production time is 3–5 business days; shipping time depends on the zone you pay for at checkout.

Returns and refunds
Because each card is personalised, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right for distance purchases does not apply (Art. 38(3) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act). We will still:
  • replace or refund a card if it arrives damaged, defective, or with our error in the personalisation;
  • refund a card cancelled before it enters production (we'll tell you in the order confirmation how long you have).

Warranty

We warrant the NFC chip against defects for 12 months from delivery. Physical damage (bent, scratched, drilled through) is not covered. Statutory consumer-protection rights under PL/EU law are unaffected.

Your content

You represent that you have the right to use the name, role, company name, and company logo you put on the card. If a card infringes a third-party right and we are notified, we may cancel the order and refund.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud. Otherwise our total liability for any order is capped at the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

Polish law; disputes are resolved by the court competent for our registered office, without prejudice to your statutory consumer rights.
